OCIC For Children

St. Gabriel welcomes children and youth (typically ages 7 – 18) who are unbaptized, from another faith tradition, or who have missed receiving sacraments at the traditional age

Our Order of Christian Initiation for Children (OCIC) program is scheduled as needed and prepares young people to celebrate the Sacraments of Initiation - Baptism, First Eucharist, and Confirmation - accompanying them on their unique journey of faith.

Sessions include prayer, instruction, and family involvement to support each child’s full initiation into the Catholic Church.

If your child requires sacramental preparation please contact the Parish Office at (770) 461-0492. We will be happy to provide information, answer your questions, and guide you through the enrollment process.
