St. Vincent de Paul

This conference is a Catholic lay, all volunteer ministry, whose purpose is to confidentially help and support needy families in Fayette County with food, financial assistance, referrals and prayer. We see God’s face in each of the people we assist. We share spirituality, fellowship and learning about God’s love and His desires for us. We raise funds through many different activities. We meet twice a month, solicit funds after every Mass once a month, visit the needy in their own homes, maintain a telephone intake process and distribute food through our food pantry. Volunteers must have a real desire to serve God through the process of assisting others. One must have compassion, energy, interview skills and a true desire to help others.

MEETING SCHEDULE: Second Wednesday (6:30 pm) and fourth Tuesday (3:30 pm) of each month in the Lower Church Room 210.  If you are interested in joining St. Vincent de Paul, contact Mary Harris at msharris250@gmail.com
